Showroom Sales Assistant UK Full time

We are recruiting for a international company specialized in the sale of massage chairs. They operate internationally and sell to both individuals and business customers.

We are looking for a Showroom Sales Assistant.
After an intensive training period in Romania in which you are made familiar with the organisation, activities and customers of our company, you will be ready to work in our showroom in London.

Your profile:

A few years of sales experience in a similar position is an advantage.
You are service-oriented and customer-friendly.

● You are well organized, accurate and you are able to work independently.
● You are looking for a long-term cooperation in a company with an international network.
● You live in the United Kingdom.
● You have very good English – written/ spoken
● You work with the necessary sense of responsibility and you demonstrate passion and commitment.
● You are eager to learn.
● Affinity with massage products is a plus.

Your task:

● Sale of luxury massage chairs to private and business customers. You provide our customers with tailor-made advice and guide them in choosing the best product.
● You handle the leads that come in through our website and submit the request to our to test products first.
● You prepare and follow up the quotes.
● Together with your colleagues from internal sales, you form a close team that works smoothly together to ensure a high-quality service to customers.
● Prompt handling of questions and suggestions from customers regarding the products, service and delivery.
● You ensure that orders placed via the showroom are entered correctly.
● You work with the internal sales and logistics departments to ensure that our products are delivered correctly.
